Ecstatic Dance was born on Big Island (Hawaii) under the inspiration of a moving meditation facilitator.

Today it is spreading and it is causing success in a good part of the USA, especially in the state of California, in New York and in most of European cities, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Paris, Berlin, Ibiza, Greece, Israel, Bali, Costa Rica, Mexico City, Tulum and Valle de Bravo.

A space of dance and free movement where music, breathing and sounds are the guides and allow you to be yourself.
Ecstatic Dance sessions are not based on a class or a technique, but on the creation of a space in which you can be yourself, express yourself through dance and music, giving freedom of action and movement to the body.
Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance style in which music is the master.

In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow or any particular way of dancing.
Music, as the only guide, offers a variation of rhythms and melodies, which make us vibrate in a myriad of landscapes and sensations.

Starting gently and gradually increasing the energy, being able to go beyond our limits and access in a simple way to a state of connection, joy and fulfilment.

It is particularised by dispensing with goals and structures, having only one guideline: not communicating verbally.
Freedom and this simple guide encourage other types of spontaneous communication, such as play, laughter, contact or spiritual connection.

Through free and conscious expression, movement expands, energy is activated and creativity surprises at every moment.
Music is a collage of varied rhythms from all over the world, which make us float together as individuals of a great family in a sea of ​​sensations.

It is an appropriate context for joy and enjoyment without the inconveniences of nightclubs, such as schedules, space, smoke and alcohol.

Ecstatic dance is different because it is a conversation-free space.
It is a non-verbal journey towards openness and expansion, through music and movement. A space beyond the mind where the body can express itself freely, connecting intimately with oneself and / or with the group.

It is an apt experience for all kinds of people, since it does not require any knowledge or experience in dance.
A session begins with a brief explanation of the operation, as well as a warm-up.

It creates an atmosphere of connection where everyone feels safe and free to dance, express themselves, have fun, explore, be vulnerable, discover.

The session of music and free movement, inspired by the mutual connection between DJ and participants, lasts approximately between two and three hours.

At the end a circle is created with all the participants to share.
Immerse yourself in the experience of connecting with your body and with others from a magical place.

Come to let go, dance, release, connect, meditate, enjoy, laugh, celebrate … with you, with your friends, with your children, with your partner.
